Hire a studio at Unit12

Looking for a space? Unit12 has 4 large studios for hire on an hourly basis or they can be booked for longer periods of time making them the perfect rehearsal space for dance, theatre, music and sports. The studios are perfect dance venues as all have full length wall to ceiling mirrors on the length of one wall. 

Studios 1 & 2 have their own entrances and can be hired individually or jointly should rehearsals need to be split into 2 areas. Studio 2 has an adjoining kitchen which includes a fridge, tea making facilities and microwave.

Studios 3 & 4 both have air conditioning, sound systems and lighting systems by Thomann, which makes them ideal spaces for stage production rehearsals. These studios have high ceilings which helps with acoustics for music rehearsals as well as giving large open space for theatre rehearsals.

All 4 studios have accessible routes in, making them ideal for users of all abilities.

The studios also make great party venues at any time of year, Studio 2 is especially good in the summer months with direct access to a large undercover patio area and garden space as well as the kitchen space with a serving hatch. All studios are suitable for both children and adult parties. Drink licenses would need to be obtained.
